Perspective

Our perspective of life really does matter. It can bring things into balance or wreak havoc on us.

If our focus is on the obstacles in our life we miss the bigger picture.  We cannot see that the future holds brighter things for us. All is not lost.

Yes, there are battles. Yes, there are struggles. Yes there is chaos on the planet. But if our focus is on destruction and war we miss the joy of the things around us. We miss the laughter of a child; the love of a mate; the glory of a sunset.

Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again–my Savior and my God! Psalm 43:5 NLT 2007

  1. Thanks, Debra, for reminding us that perspective matters! Loved the picture and the thoughts, the Scripture verse. These are truly blessings which always point us to look up toward the bigger picture, to the One who created us and loves us so.
